It's that time - spring is FINALLY here! Buyers have been cooped up all winter, checking out homes online, and are now taking it to the streets to find their perfect home. The sellers have been busy after the holidays, "making their list, and checking it twice" - preparing their home for the Spring market. Every detail has been done - the home's curb appeal is great, the home has been staged for showing, the photos have been taken, and the home is ready to go! Looks good, smells good - yep.

EXCEPT for the backyard. FIDO has been busy this winter also, and now that all has thawed, buyers will be greeted with plenty of GIFTS unless this last detail is not forgotten.
Think this is obvious? Who wouldn't know that? You'd be surprised! When a buyer includes this as a detail on the home inspection as an "environmental hazard", you'll wish you did your "doo diligence". Time to hire that neighborhood kid for YOUR spring clean up! (and help give a kid a job)
